Pancakes aren’t just for the weekend. Okay, maybe for some of us they are. However, those that don’t have the time in the morning can always make them for dinner. I am a sucker for breakfast for dinner. Regardless, if you can whip up some pancakes this week for breakfast, make some for dinner or prep some beforehand this recipe will blow your mind.
You can make pancakes as easy or as complicated as you would like, but today we are sharing the easy way!
I stumbled across Birch Blenders, saw they had a Paleo version and thought it was too good to be true. I decided to give them a try anyway and I was blown away. Of course, we had to add a little EBOOST twist to them!
Easy EBOOST Birch Blender Pancakes
1 serving Paleo Birch Blender
1 serving EBOOST PRIME vanilla protein
follow the directions on the birch blender packaging, but add the protein powder to the water first – you may need more water to allow the mix to absorb the liquid
cook pancakes on medium heat – so and easy, flip when pancakes start to bubble and cook for a couple more minutes
makes 4 small pancakes
top with whatever you’d like – figs, coconut, pure maple syrup, freeze-dried strawberries, etc
