What is frustrating is that a lot of people have that answer when it comes to their health. Well, guess frickin’ what? You have time to be healthy and you have time for your health, enough of the excuses!
Making chia seed pudding (porriage, paste, or whatever the buzzword is of the day) is literally one of the easiest things you can do and guess what? Yup, it is super healthy! Anyone can do it, even the laziest person or someone who has ‘no time’.
Chia Seed Pudding Recipe for the Lazy Morning Person
1 TBS Chia Seeds
1 serving dairy free yogurt
pinch of stevia
- coconut flakes
- raw local honey
The night before put 1 serving yogurt into a bowl and add 1 TBS chia seeds. Mix.
In the morning, mix the chia seeds up again, add some dairy free milk if it seems pretty thick.
Add spirulina and stevia to take away the strong spirulina taste.
Then dress with all of your favorite toppings.
Eat or take it to go with your favorite Eboost drink to wash it down!
