Ha, I should stop looking at food blogs after I am done eating – some of them really make my meal seem subpar, but really they are inspiring to remind me to step up my food game. One tonight really inspired me to make my meals a bit more ‘super’. Superfoods are important to keep on hand and in your diet, but superfoods can be even more beneficial when paired together with other foods (or superfoods). Next time you are feeling hungry remember this list of superfood pairs and get them into your body asap.
