SPRUCE Pick-Me-Up Smoothie
- handful of ice
- 1 package EBOOST® SPRUCE™
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 green apple
- 1 tbsp hempseeds
- 1 tbsp protein of choice
- 2 cups water
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
