Ingredients
- 1 packet of EBOOST® SPRUCE™
- 1/2 of an avocado
- 1/2 cup coconut cream/milk/almond milk – your preference
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1/2 cup water or coconut water
- 1/2 cup ice
Directions
Pour all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth for a creamy, protein-packed treat.
