An Easter egg hunt doesn’t have to just be for the kids. Adults are allowed to have some fun too! If you have kids go ahead and let them have their fun finding Easter eggs with tons of goodies inside. Once they are done emptying out all of their eggs, it is your time to fill them with your goodies. Inside these eggs are going to be different exercises or movements you have to do in order to find another egg. We know you love a good workout, so don’t skimp on trying to find as many eggs as possible, because some of the goodies inside you get to give to another person to do.
EBOOST’s Eggcellent Easter Workout
Gather together about 20-30 plastic Easter eggs. Take a sheet of paper, cut it into strips and write down the exercises/activities listed below on each strip. Place one strip inside an egg and go hide all of the eggs. I think you know how the rest of this is going to go. Note that when you find an egg you open it right then, this is an interactive Easter egg hunt and the workout begins as soon as you start looking for eggs. And of course, you are running to find the eggs, right!?
