We have a great privilege of having some of the best trainers on our squad, so we leave it to them to really kick our butts. Luckily, a lot of them teach around NYC so we can just jump into one of their classes anytime. If you are looking to get in an EBOOST type of workout, find one that is super challenging. Maybe even a workout that you are a bit scared to try for the first time. If you can’t make it to a workout at a facility, we have a couple killer ones you can do at home too–a Kettlebell HIIT style workout, workout for your arms, and an at-home gym alternative workout.
A Favorite Pastime
Ask yourself, what does dad love to do? Or what is something you and your dad used to do all the time when you were younger? Whatever that activity is, make sure to work it into the day to create a special memory together.
Bubbles, Bourbon, and Berries
2 ounces bourbon whiskey
1 EBOOST SHOT – superberry
2 oz sparkling water
Add berries to a rocks glass and crush with the end of a wooden spoon to release the juices.
Add bourbon to glass then top up with sparkling water and mix all ingredients.
Add ice and garnish with more berries, if desired.
