Pimples are such unwelcoming bumps that appear on our bodies. For a lot of us, even though we are beyond the ages when are hormones and emotions raged on during our teenage years, it is still a real issue. Now we may not be at the level we once were, when every moment a pimple surfaced we thought we got that much uglier too, but acne can still be a serious issue. Acne for most of us
Acne for most of us may find their way back into our lives after a nice sweaty workout. Even if you aren’t susceptible of the acne horror, it is important to whip off the sweat and dirt immediately afterward. The good news is, if you clean off right away you may avoid having to spend hundreds on special acne solutions.
I also find that DIY solutions work amazingly well and truthfully better than anything I have ever bought in the past. One ingredient may seem a bit random but they are totally easy to acquire online and even easier to make to take with you after your next workout.
The main active ingredient is witch hazel, a natural astringent that helps removes dirt and oil from the skin. Both the witch hazel and the aloe vera are botanical anti-inflammatories that provide the skin with soothing properties. Additionally the tea tree essential oil adds antimicrobial cleaning power. The dried rose petals lend a subtle, floral scent and can be exchanged for an essential oil that your nose prefers.
Here is my favorite DIY solution to your acne problems.
