One of our team was fortunate enough to spend last Thanksgiving in Florence, Italy. Instead of a turkey dinner (which wasn’t on the menu), she was served the traditional Tuscan Ribollita. It’s called a stew, but it’s different than most you’ll have eaten. By leaving the bread in the vegetable soup, the broth is almost completely absorbed and it’s heaven in a bowl!
While this won’t replace the turkey on her table, she loves to make it for her family each November and remember the beauty and flavors of Florence.
